Appointments

During business hours, an appointment with a doctor is available within 24hrs.

People requiring urgent care without a prior appointment are seen in our comprehensive treatment room.

We value your time and running on schedule is important to everyone.

Missed appointments deny other patients access to medical care, therefore a missed appointment fee may be applicable.

Multiple issues may need an additional appointment to ensure proper attention is given.

 

Fees

Our aim is to provide the highest quality care in a friendly environment with low or no out of pocket expenses for you wherever possible.

From 1st November 2025 we will become a ‘Bulk - Billing Practice’. This means that most of your visits will be covered by Medicare.

Please see below, items that may incur an out of pocket cost:

  • Fitness to Drive Assessments

  • Nurse-only Consultations

  • Procedures

  • Infusions

  • Vaccinations

A missed appointment fee may be added to your account for non attendance at the GP’s discretion.

Complex or multiple problems will require a longer appointment

 

Home Visits

Aberdeen Medical Centre provides a home visiting service.
